Customers are the controller of their guest data; we act as a processor.

Every email respects guest consent and includes a one-click unsubscribe. Guests can opt out at any time and the suppression is honored across all campaigns.

Data retention

We retain guest data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by the customer's policies and applicable law. Customers can request export or deletion of their data at any time.
