Your account & responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you sync, for obtaining proper consent from your guests before sending email, and for honoring unsubscribe requests. You agree to use the platform lawfully and in line with applicable anti-spam and privacy regulations.

Acceptable use

You may not use Hotelemailer to send unsolicited email, share lists with third parties, or use the service in a way that harms deliverability for others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Fees & billing

Pricing is set by property and room count as described on our pricing page. Fees are billed per the plan you select, and you can change or cancel your plan per the plan's terms.

Limitation of liability

Hotelemailer is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the relevant period.
